Custom Printing FAQ
Is there a minimum order for custom printing?
Yes, there is a 300-unit minimum for all custom printing orders. This minimum applies per ink color, but you can mix and match different strap styles and sizes to meet the required quantity.
Is there a set-up fee for custom printing?
Yes, there is a $105 set-up fee for custom printing orders.
What if I only need basic text printed?
In your chosen font, we can create a design with your name, address, website, phone number, etc.. If you’re unsure which font to use, we can recommend one.
Can you print any type of artwork?
While we can reproduce most designs, there are some limitations. For example, we cannot print drop shadows, gradients, or photographs. If you’re unsure, feel free to email your artwork, and we’ll review it for printability.
What image types do you accept?
Our preferred file types for the highest-quality logos and custom graphics are SVG, AI, and EPS. These images allow for the highest quality possible.
We also prefer all images to be sent to us in black and white.
What should I do if I’m unsure whether my artwork can be printed?
You can contact us by phone or email to discuss your artwork. We’ll review it and work with you to make it print-ready within the limitations of our printing process.
How can I check if my artwork is legible at the required size?
We recommend printing your artwork to scale (1.25″ high by 3.75″ wide) before submitting it to ensure it is legible in the given size.
