Custom Printing FAQ
How do we share our artwork?
We accept vector files, clear letterheads, or business cards, which our design team can replicate. If you just need basic text (e.g., Company Name, Phone, Website), we will generate the text layouts using optimized.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes. First-time printing on Cord-Lox® and VELCRO® Brand Fasteners requires a one-time artwork setup fee of $150.00. But when reordering within 24 months of your prior order, the fee is only $105.
Are there maximum print dimensions?
Yes, for Cord-Lox® fasteners the maximum physical printing area for most Cord-Lox® Fasteners is 1.25″ High × 3.75″ Wide. The printing area on VELCRO® Brand fasteners can vary- please contact us to learn more.
Are there any print design restrictions?
Yes our heavy-duty substrate printing process cannot reproduce drop shadows, fine gradients, or photographic images.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order for most Cord-Lox® Fasteners is only 300 pieces per ink color. However, you can mix and match different strap styles and lengths to hit the 300 count-minimum, as long as the straps are the same width.

How do you place an order for custom cable ties & branded Cord-Lox® Straps?
If you’d like any of our Cord-Lox® fasteners custom printed, you may place an order online by choosing one of the printed products shown on this page. There you will find pricing and online ordering options. Upon order submittal you will be invited to share your artwork. Upon receipt, the factory will will email you and ask you to confirm your artwork and then they will provide you with an order confirmation
